Full Refund Criteria:

For non-personalized, full-priced (non-discounted) products, we gladly offer a full refund.

The product must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If we pick the products for return, postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount at actuals.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refund on personalized products.
Consumable Products:

Consumable products like perfumes, once opened, cannot be repackaged or resold due to hygiene challenges.

No exchanges or refunds are provided for opened or used products.

In exceptional cases, we may issue store credits for unopened and unused products.

Warranty Information:

Alkush Perfume offers a one-year warranty on products for damages during delivery, internal defects, or product failures.

No refunds will be processed in cases of warranty claims or damages.

Successful warranty claims make you eligible for a replacement. Follow our set procedure and SOP for warranty claims.

Allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

Refunds are processed after a quality inspection of the returned product.
